In this economical process, the piece is pasted to hardboard, then attached to a Supawood box frame. The depth of the sides, 22mm or 40mm, painted black or white, adds dimension with the piece standing away from the wall.
Lamination prior to block mounting provides the benefit of added protection from dust and wear and tear.
